I'm a country girl and definitely wanted that western look but elegance also. Mike was able to take that picture and idea and was able to craft my dream ring. Ciccarelli has hands-down the best customer service you will find at any jewelers! They are a family owned and operated business, and they are experts at what they do. The quality of work and products are incredible. My husband got a necklace for me while we were dating, and then we got our engagement/wedding rings here. They are beyond helpful when you have questions, and don’t even get me started on repairs! I have had to get my ring resized twice, and my necklace chain replaced twice. Each time was a 5 star experience (I would give them more if I could). They worked with me to get the best possible price for my ring resizing (without me even asking if there was a possibility for a lower price!), and have replaced my necklace chain for free. Mike especially treats us like family, and is always so cheerful and kind. We will never go anywhere else; even when we were living in Sacramento and LA, we would only ever come here. Friendliest jewelry store people I have ever encountered!! The owner listened to our wishlist and then he helped us select the prefer white gold rings for each other. The service after the sale has been even more impressive than the purchase of our rings!! Best customer service! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Ciccarelli's in July 2018, Mike was the one helping with the whole process. The ring had to be custom made, and Mike did an excellent job communicating with the company making the ring and with my fiance; making sure it was looking just how it was envisioned. They definitely delivered, the ring is gorgeous! I've gone in a few times since getting engaged to get my ring inspected and cleaned and the whole staff is always so friendly and welcoming!
We just went in this past weekend to pick out our wedding bands and once again got treated great. They all go above and beyond giving great customer service and always making us feel welcome.

Awsome jewelry shopping experience. I went in for a birthday gift for my girlfriend because I liked what I saw on their website. I was greeted in no time by Brett Ciccarelli.
